Delete your Tradeskill account

You can delete your Tradeskill account and all its data at any time.

In the app: Settings → Delete account → Request account deletion.

Without the app: email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Tradeskill account".

What we delete

We delete your account, profile (name, email), virtual portfolio, positions and order history, watchlist, trade journal (including uploaded images) and leaderboard entries within 30 days, and confirm by email. This applies to both the app and thetradeskill.com, which share one account.

We keep nothing afterwards, except records the law requires us to keep.
